Really can't say enough great things about this place. So glad my wife and I discovered it this year. The classes we've taken so far (private lesson with Dan; rifle course with Tyler) have been outstanding, and on par with the Sig Sauer Academy's instruction - but without the 3-4+ month lead time for even being able to register for a class at Sig. The ranges are state of the art, and the Range Safety Officers on staff are attentive and fantastic. The shop's great, and the whole building pretty much looks like the Apple Store of gun ranges. We signed up as members right away and are there most weekends shooting.

This class was excellent. The instructors were incredibly knowledge, qualified and patient. They were thorough, concise and anticipated the problems and questions a first time gun user would face. I left the class knowledgeable, confident and secure I could handle a firearm. Beyond the class, everyone at White Birch Armory helped with any questions and was ready to make the most inexperienced novice feel welcome and safe. I would recommend this class and this facility to anyone needing the basics.

I’ve had the best experiences at White Birch Armory! The facility is tidy and clean, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and it’s a great one-stop gun shop, gun range and axe-throwing venue. I had a blast axe throwing - our large group was easily accommodated and we were provided a variety of fun games to try out. I also had a great time at the indoor shooting range, which was safe and modern. Memberships and a variety of classes and events are also offered. I’m looking forward to my next visit!

I had never held or shot a firearm before today. A couple of friends signed up for the women's beginner class. It went way beyond my expectations. The Armory is very modern and exceptionally clean. The class room was perfect for presenting and handling unloaded weapons. Our instructor, Heather, was a true professional. You can tell she loves what she is doing. She put everyone at ease and gave us beyond a basic education on gun safety/handling and that was before the really fun part of actually going into the range. Once in the range she and Tyler kept eyes on us the entire time and gave great pointers on how to stand/hold/sight. This should be a must do coarse for anyone who owns or is thinking of owning a weapon. I will definitely return for another class.
