They are always out of the items for the layer sundae. We went in for a snickers sundae and a cookie dough sundae. They were out of those plus the Reese’s peanut butter. So we ended up with brownie sundae and the brownie was so hard that trying to cut a piece off from r bite almost pushed the bottom out of the cup. Then to top that off they were out of vanilla ice. A very basic ice cream!!!!!!!

I am diabetic and hadn't had ice cream in almost a year. After much deliberation, I decided to go to B&R because of the wide selection of sugar free options. Which they were COMPLETELY OUT OF. EVERY. SINGLE. KIND. So, since the kids were still getting their orders and I am weak, I went ahead and got something god awful for me, and it was oh so good. A discount offer would have been nice considering the odd occurence of every single sugar free item being 86'd, but I only go once a year, so whatever.

My fiance and I just left there. We both ordered 3 scoops in a bowl. The girl who scooped his, gave him 3 healthy (what I call proper size) scoops. Then, the other male employee gave me 3 significantly smaller scoops. When I asked about the size difference, the male employee that prepared my ice cream said "she over-scoops and yours is actually correct." My fiance seriously had twice as much ice cream as i did. Their ice cream is good, but that was poor service. Consistency is key. I paid over $5 with tax for this. We will just go to Big Burger now that the other BR on north oak closed.
