It maybe good for the customers but for the workers it's not, bill has made racial slurs close to my ear so Noone else could hear, I came on to do order checking and inventory, and was blackmailed into be a everyday delivery driver, driving a box truck for which my DOT is expired and none of them have seat belt, some of the drivers don't even have a license, bill talk bad to all his employees and threatens to fire them if they don't wanna work outside there job descriptions, the workers are often paid very little, have to do all night events on a whim, and he takes money out of the employees check for if we make a mistake

Had a last minute idea to have an ice cream truck come to preschool graduation. Called them a week before graduation and they were able to add us to the schedule. Great to work with, fast responses to my questions, and a sweet driver Harold who took care of us! We will most definitely use them again!!!

If your looking for employment, avoid this place at all cost!!!! Owners Bill and Debbie are two of the worst humans roaming the earth and their only goal is to use their employees to make them cold hard cash. Debbie looks and acts like the dogs she brings in with her. She talks down and belittles not only her employees, but customers as well. The get you with the promise that you will make 35% of all sales, but the charge you for everything they can charge you with. Such as van rental, plus you have to buy all your product from them using the money you just earned! Why do the drivers have to pay to sell their product? Not only do they make the money selling their product to you, they make 65% for you to go out and sell it again for them! The vans they put you in should have been scrapped years ago, but they bandage them up and put the right back out on the streets. I worked here 1 week and I was supposed to get close to $600.00 in pay. After fees and having to buy their product to sell for them, I walked away with less than $100.00!! How is that 35% of sales? In the one week I was there I seen at least 3 drivers come and go. That should have been my first warning flag. Your promised monthly performance bonuses but when talking to drivers, not one had ever gotten the bonus. Bill and Debbie have figured out every way to scam you out of the bonus like saying, you didn’t drive everyday or your sales were too low to get the bonus. If you enjoy being talked down too or treated like you are well below the standards of the owners and their high status as the upper crust of society in Kansas City, this is the job for you Otherwise you will get treated with more dignity and respect working at McDonalds or cleaning toilets. And you can surly make more money standing on a corner begging for change!
