Were we just unlucky? Waited for 5 minutes to pay as our ice cream sat on the counter melting. No one in front of us and only two other customers in the shop. Instead of ringing us up, she proceeds to help the next customer. Then adds items to our bill that was not ours when she finally rings us up.

Made a special trip to get a scoop with frosting. After not being greeted for a few min I finally said hello. Then the girl told me she can’t put frosting on ice cream. One of the other workers was going to but she insisted that she not do it . I originally got the frosting idea from baskin robins in Indiana. Other stores do it all the time. But guess I have to try cold stone they put it on the menu after my review was seen over 100k times! Maybe contact Op store to see how the greet, keep and take care of frosting lovers. Updated to 3 stars the manager said she would take care of it will revisit soon !
