In the midst of my daughter trying on shorts, she injured her toe (not any fault of Old Navy’s) and it started bleeding. She became panicked and lightheaded and fell to the floor. I must say, I’ve never had such great support and quick reaction from a store manager before. Gina (the store manager and all I know her as), thank you so much for being so caring, bringing her a nice cold water and chair and also, for bringing your warm yet charismatic attitude to the situation.
