The man who answered my questions clearly didn't want to be helping me. He was anxious to get away. Maybe he had better things to do than his job?

I am not a big fan of car dealerships, but this one is especially bad. They just do not seem to like customers. Of course, it is the normal thing where they do not care about you if you are not there to buy, but they were also really rude about the way they addressed me. Not terrible, but generally pretty bad.

My wife and I were totally ignored by three people. We walked in, looked around, saw one older gentleman with a client looking crabby. We checked out the solar panel laying against the wall, still no eye contact, hello, or how can I help you. We walked around the two cars and still no eye contact, hello, or how can I help you. We checked out the roof panels and tiles, still no eye contact, hello, or how can I help you? We then saw a couple more younger folks with Tesla masks on I assumer we employees. We looked at them but they ignored us and kept chatting with each other. We circled the desk in the center then sat in each of the cars, opened doors, trunks, etc. Still no eye contact, hello, or how can I help you? Anyone know where another Tesla dealer is or a Rivian dealer? How about a roofer? We are in the market ;-)

Worst customer service I have ever received from any company. They lied to me three times telling me my car is coming and all I get is more automated delays with no personal interaction, just a web site that mysteriously shows another two month delay, without even so much as an email notice. Horrible. They have done this to me three times now on my model Y purchase. What was supposed to be delivered in Dec '21 is now delayed until May '22. No follow-up, no explanation, and nobody at their customer service line can do anything to help. They just say "There is a good chance you might see a car this year..." AND they refuse to give me my deposit back so I am stuck buying a car from them or forfeit my $250 despite their not holding up their end of the deal. Don't waste your time/money. Their cars aren't that great and their Super Charger network is soon to be released for all EV's to use which significantly reduces the value of Tesla. Lots of other choices.

You can schedule a test drive by calling Tesla. I was also able to walk in and schedule a test drive the same afternoon. We already have a model Y on order so not sure if just anyone can walk in off the street and get a test drive though. Best cars out there by far!
They did a few days ago. Tesla sells online, not at the store.
Depends on location, and the cost fluctuates. I believe it's about 24¢\kwh in the Portland Oregon area.
There is one in there and I sat in a model Y
Starting at $75000
Appointments are made by phone or in person if the cars are available
Yes
Yes, they do. It is at the front of the store.
I am fairly certain that the answer is "no". The federal tax credit at least, i know only applies for the first owner of the vehicle. But i am not a tax lawyer.
You could, but it would be a very bad idea. You do want to save your tires. I would recommend using a trolley/trailer.
