I truly believe a companies worth can be measured based on their employees and how they treat their consumers. I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with the employees of this company. One employee in particular stands out though. I have had the wonderful honor of working with Pato in both sales and now service. In sales Pato was patient, informative and kind. I never felt rushed and ALWAYS felt valued. He was, what every sales person should be. He was honest with me every step of the way and completely open to what I needed from the process of buying a car. He was also extremely kind to my son- which was very important to me. Fast forward several years and I walk into the Portland service center to see Pato again and he remembered me! It was amazing, I would have expected that at all but he did! He was so helpful and really heard our concerns. Pato was consistently awesome (as he was in sales) in working with me on the small issues we were experiencing. I feel so fortunate to have worked with him again. Thank you Pato! You are a prime example of an awesome, helpful and wonderful person to work with! :)

Tesla Cannot Support You! I have been following Tesla from the beginning. I have owned varying levels of stock for over 10 years, and I have had a car of theirs for six. They used to have amazing service, but ever since they became a lithium company it has crashed and burned. Today, for the 5th time, they have failed to repair my windshield bracket. Two weeks ago they sent me a message saying they have my part in stock and so I made an appointment. Today, they do not have the part in. Since June of last year they canceled two appointments for this repair without even telling me. Multiple times they have told me the part is in, when it is not. Last night they sent a message to my Tesla application telling me my appointment for this morning was rescheduled. No one called no one made any other effort to reach out. I showed up at the service center today and again they have no part for me. I still own stock in the company because they are one of the largest lithium companies in the world, but as a car company I recommend everyone stay away from them until they build up the infrastructure to take care of all the customers they are taking on. Do not buy a Tesla right now. They cannot take care of you! —————— Post Update —————————- The service team here kinda sorta won me back last week. Come to learn that the part needed for my sunroof repair is no longer made. I have an early model and apparently the new one doesn’t exactly fit. After 5 visits, they finally explained to me why they are confused about my part, and I sympathize. What I do not sympathize with however is the new corporate arrangement a Tesla has put in place that make it nearly impossible to talk at a human person at the service center without driving there. Further their app doesn’t work for me. I got normal notifications form the app, but never get notified of messages occurs g within the app, so unless I login and navigate through the scheduled appointment I never even know that a service technician messaged me with a relevant question to my repair. I would give this location 4-stars because they finally sorted out my issue, got the new part installed in spite of the fit issue, and got me on my way in spite of the poorly conceived communication Barrie’s put in place by Tesla the company. I give Tesla the company 2-Stars overall. 3 years ago they gave the best customer service. They sent techs to your house for simple fixes and were so easy to talk to and get a hold of. Now…. I still cannot recommend anyone buy a new Tesla until they improve their systems.

Kevin from the after hours crevice center is the best! I’m from Las Vegas and my car was refusing to except a charge. I had other technicians from Las Vegas look at the issue and nobody had any answers. On my road trip to Seattle my Model X was once again reusing a charge. I drove to the Portland Service center thinking I was going to just leave my car their because it was after hours but Kevin was working. I knock on the door, told him what was happening and he immediately took my car in to find out what was wrong. Kevin figured it out when no other Technician could. The reason why my car was not accepting a charge is because my key fob was broken causing the charge port to eject. Thank you Kevin you went above and beyond helping us after hours and we are grateful.

Picked up my car from here and the delivery staff were super helpful and friendly. I did have some minor items that needed service before I could take the car home, but Maddie did everything she could to make it as smooth as possible. This was a much better experience than any other dealership experience I've had for other manufacturers!

No unfortunately not, but you get your vehicle serviced they will charge it.
In the app list below the car navigate to Service
Older Teslas came with free supercharging paid for by Tesla. Newer Teslas pay based on the power rates depending on location. The supercharger will recognize the car and automatically bill the owners account.
I recently had Homelink installed on my Y... Tesla came out to our home, installed Homelink, confirmed it worked with our garage door opener AND serviced the car. Great experience!
Tesla Service center can help you with that.
Yes. You can schedule it online and have a reserved vehicle to test.
At the bottom of the appt page. There is a comment box. Let team Tesla know your available dates and this amazing team will reschedule. Also call the 800# for Tesla service.
Rent it out on turo! I have an x and a 3 listed on there
Powder coating the wheels is what I did. $600 and great results. Wheel Kraft Vancouver,WA
I believe you need to order online as service centers no longer carry stock. Some items are shipped to the service centers for installation but floor mats are that type of item. Tesla.com in the shop section.
Only online
That is normal. The clips are intentionally not installed starting in 2018.
Tesla is starting to do in house repairs. Not sure whn rhey will start doing the work. You might want to contact them.
As of September 2018, you have to call them to schedule an appointment. The next version of the SW might allow you to schedule from your car. Elon has tweeted that this feature is planned but it is not out yet.
It changes all the time. Check the website. VERY easy to navigate, even for non-tech types.
There's a supercharger underneath in the parking garage of Washington Square Mall there's also a supercharger at Woodburn off the exit by Arby's
