Made an appointment. Nobody was available at the time. They told me to shop and look till someone was available even though I had an appointment time. Told them I wanted a iPhone 13 pro max. Didn’t have it in stock except in the Gig memory. Was going to give me $40 for a trade (Samsung galaxy s9) Left and bought it at Costco instead. With promotion they gave me $440 trade on my old phone and had what I wanted in stock.

Wow, amazing experience. I got an email that there was a recall on my laptop, I didn't notice anything wrong with it myself, but I brought it in to this leawood store anyway. The store was packed, but streamlined and got me in and out in a flash. When I got my computer back two days later it is like I have a new laptop! They replaced the keyboard, battery, cleaned it up, and ooh la la I am just so thankful. Rock on Leawood Kansas Apple store! That's What's Up!

The Apple store has a pretty complete repair facility and are reasonably quick. The store technician would be able to answer specifically for your phone and give you a time estimate to fix.
