I had a wonderful experience last night when I went to the store to grab an interview outfit. Jessie helped me and was as sweet as could be and really helpful when something didn't fit. She helped me choose a really cute outfit, thank you Jessie, you are awesome 😊.

I was recently in this store and so put off by the manager Amanda that I will not return. She was loudly rude to her young employees, coming off as a domineering manager who then answered a phone call in a loud, fake, babyish voice. The whole experience was nauseating and I can not support a business who promotes such people into leadership roles. The other staff were kind and helpful, even while being closely followed and harshly nagged at in front of shoppers. There was another manager on the floor whose name I didn't get, who would tag team attacks on employees. Gap should be ashamed.
