Great store. Huge selection of new comics and back issues, with a room full of silver age books that makes me reminisce of old-school comic shops. Great employees who know their stuff. And, it is the original home of the Tick! Worth a visit for any comic book fan.

You will have to contact the store directly. They do buy comics, but don't grade them like CGC.
I am not very familiar with that particular title, but if it is a recent book, NEC will have it or will try to get it. Their back issues are also usually pretty good.
