With new and used car prices through the roof and in limited supply right now, I was very happy to find this brand new work truck at quirk ford. Even better, of the 9 dealerships I shopped at, quirk was the only one selling my truck below MSRP. Tusani Parague handled my transaction and it couldn’t have been smoother. Everything was done online and through texts. I may have spent a total of 10 minutes in the actual dealership. It was the best buying experience I’ve had, and I’ve purchased 17 vehicles. He was professional, concise, and fair. He spent the extra time to go over the new features of my truck with me and he set up my rewards and ford pass app. I will absolutely purchase another vehicle from him next time I need a truck. 5 stars A plus !!!!

Sales department is top notch and would go back. 5 stars for them. AVOID SERVICE DEPARTMENT AT ALL COST! I had a 2021 truck that need interior cosmetic things fix due to issues with delivery. Multiple trips with only a few of the repairs being done and then having to come back because they didn't have parts. They told me they did. Brought truck back again, and replacement part was damaged after they already took the interior apart. I was called saying there was an issue with part truck to come and pick it up, they will call me when part was received to have it fixed. When picked up truck, it was not put together correctly and it would take another few hours to fix it. They would have to dismantle interior again to correct issue. Frustrated, I left as they assured me it would cause no damage. I called a few weeks later, and they had not ordered the part, yet. They had one but it was damaged. Finally they get part and replace the damaged piece. Once home, I realize that I had a pile of covers and other pieces that were not reinstalled along with some broken. Along with that, they caused another cosmetic issue because of not using the correct tool to remove the piece. They assured me all would be corrected. I am not holding my breathe. Because of taking interior apart so many times, all the plastic trim squeaks, cracks, and rattles when I hit a bump. Truck is less than 1 year old and less than 7k miles. I AVOID DRIVING NEW TRUCK, because of all the new annoying rattles and sounds caused by their work. Very frustrated because I bought a higher end truck to not have these types of sounds. Because of this, AVOID SERVICE DEPARTMENT AT ALL COST IF YOU CAN!

I went to Quirk Ford to purchase a 2021 Bronco. The sales representative, Jay Singh, was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient during the buying process. I was able to receive a trade-in value that was very reasonable and he collaborated with my insurance company. This created a stress-free experience. Working with Jay was the best truck buying experience ever!

Our employees are required to wear masks at all times and our maintenance staff routinely sanitize door handles and exposed areas that are high touch points at our facilities. All our vehicles are thoroughly sanitized before and after service and test drives, and seat covers are also applied for additional safety. We also practice social distancing, and ask all customers wear masks when visiting our showroom and that they seat at least six feet apart from one another.
