I went to town fair tire and was pleasantly greeted by Howard. He was amazing he knew I needed 4 tires before a trip I was taking in a couple days. He made several phone calls until he found a way to get the tires the same day. He was great to work with and I won't be going to anyone else. Thanks Howard

Just purchased 4 new tires. I had done homework beforehand and knew size/price when setting up appointment with Howard. Pricing was reasonable and work was done in just over an hour. Only complaint I have is that during alignment process, it was determined that my right rear toe adjuster is frozen and that a mechanic can fix it. Two mechanics I have spoken to since have said that Town Fair should be doing that without question and that they just don't feel like doing so. Car will need to be realigned afterward.

I came in about 5pm, I was told I couldn’t be seen because It was late and I didn’t have an appointment. I was pretty disappointed .. but as I was leaving Mel (the manager) happened to come out and asked what was going on. Not only was he very Pleasant . I ended up getting my tire looked at and fixed ! Russell did a great job and I’m back on the road!! I’m Thankful they were able to help !!

I’ve used three tire shops over the last 18 months and none compare to this place in Quincy. Highly knowledgeable staff (pro tip: ask for Howard) who are dedicated to customer service and good quality products. They had to order my tires from their warehouse, but delivery was fast (1 day). and I’ve never felt any high pressure sales tactics. Howard took the time, both over the phone and in-person, for me to feel comfortable about making an informed decision, especially given my knowledge of tires is very limited. The manager of this branch is also clearly committed to customer service and came over personally to introduce himself and explain what was going on with my tire choice.
