Service Representative Paul Zhen was my first interaction with Quirk. I called around 7/7:30 AM Monday February 21st. Paul answered the phone when I called and listened to what I had to say He schedule me a appointment for 10:00 AM that day. I asked questions and Paul was knowledgeable. Mike, Dung and team were great. Mike is like an encyclopedia of the Nissan Leaf! He was very knowledgeable and was able to give a full run down of all the features of our new car.
