Always great and friendly service. I’ve always dealt with Dave and he is fantastic. I especially love the ease of booking an appointment online. Their rates are fairly reasonable (cost of parts could be steep).

Service Representative Paul Zhen was my first interaction with Quirk. I called around 7/7:30 AM Monday February 21st. Paul answered the phone when I called and listened to what I had to say He schedule me a appointment for 10:00 AM that day. I asked questions and Paul was knowledgeable. When I arrived to Quirk I was greeted by Paul who had my information all ready to go. Hands down Paul gave me Terrific customer service. Mike, Dung and team were great. Mike is like an encyclopedia of the Nissan Leaf! He was very knowledgeable and was able to give a full run down of all the features of our new car. He was honest about the pros and cons, and gave us some helpful tips on charging stations. They even gift wrapped our car when we went to pick it up. Thanks guys! Great experience.

I heard they also extended the warranty on them.
There's a key in the remote. Pull it out you sbould be able to start tbe car with it.
