Disappointed in Ulta's online customer service. I placed a $300 order online and noticed that the free 13 piece gift I was supposed to receive wasn't included in my online order summary so I immediately contacted customer service. Someone emails me the next day and says sorry we can't put it in your order because you didn't manually add the free gift to your order. (1. the email said free gift with $50 online purchase. How would a customer know they need to add it to their bag? Two other items were automatically added to my bag as free gifts. 2. instead of just stating the policy why not FIX my problem? Offer to cancel my order and reorder with the free gift. ) I immediately responded back asking her to cancel my original order and reorder it with the gift so I could get the free 13 piece gift. Hours go by.... I then get an email saying sorry it's already shipped but you can refuse the package if you want and it will refund you. In no way does this solve my problem that I contacted you about Ulta. Obviously this company isn't into helping or providing helpful service to it's loyal customers.

Stylist Meagan Ward was absolutely AMAZING. She was so personable, informative, we laughed and joked. She made the entire experience so much more enjoyable and I actually learned a lot about how to care for my hair. I had both a cut and color done and despite the color process being confusing to me, the final choices she helped me make came out better than I could've imagined.

The staff at Ulta is fantastic! I came in today to purchase a few items....saw a perfume on sale, but it was marked with the wrong price which was much lower than the actual cost of the perfume. Ulta staff honored the amount reflected on the box! They didn’t have to, but they did! Great service excellence! Thank you Ulta team for a nice shopping experience today 😊
