Weather Tite Windows has the worst customer service ever, first the salesperson Patrick was great to sell me my Outdoor French Door then they came to install it in March 2022. In the process BROKE a TILE on the bottom of the sidelights also left a gap between the floor and doors, black silicone showing on glass and never finished installing the molding covering the screws they completed the molding installation on just ONE sidelight. Has been in my house 2 different times to see any solution. Last time that they were here was on June 23th and I haven't heard from them yet. Not happy with this Company and I would not recommend it. STILL WAITING for them to finish my beautiful French Doors.

I had a great experience with WeatherTite Windows. I spoke with Christine to set up my quote appointment. She made the process stress free and even explained what to expect when the rep came out to my house. During the visit, Kevin was very professional and knowledgeable. I like that he did not pressure me (unlike other places) when I did not make a decision right away. I am looking forward to working with Weather Tite!

Absolutely in love with my new windows. My sales rep Kenny was so informative and answered my questions every step of the way. He took the time to explain all my options when it came to payments and financing. My install went perfectly and Kenny even checked up to see if everything was going smoothly. I’m still waiting for my screw hole covers but over all I’m very impressed. I would recommend Kenny to anyone who asks.

Just call and someone will come out and be very help full. The have different opinions of windows so you need to get a quote.
Nothing. It's a catchy slogan. It's the art of good advertising. The phrase sticks in your head so when you're trying to think of a company to call, maybe you will think of them. Of course I did my research, i.e. reviews, BBB, etc.

They have Windows that tilt in so that you can clean from the inside.
Do you offer lifetime guarantee on windows and door?
We have doors with blinds in them but windows with blinds in them are not designed for the Florida climate and they tend to break down. Everything we do we offer a lifetime product and labor warranty and therefore we do not sell that product.
I think it was about three months before mine were ready. They have to come out and measure, take pictures, etc. They are very precise. I had to be home while everything was going on, so that took longer for me. I only had certain days available, so working around schedules took longer. They were very easy to work with though!
