Since this was a facility where my daughter had gotten her nails done in the past, I thought it would be a good idea to get my eyebrows waxed. When I arrived, several people gave me the impression that I didn't belong there. When I was asked may I help you by someone who I guess was a nail techinicain, I responded by stating what service I desired, and the technician then continued doing what she was doing. The individual at the counter didn't even bother to look at me or answer. No one offered me a seat or informed me that assistance would be forthcoming. My daughter and I have come to the conclusion that we will under no circumstances revisit this facility again.

I tried email your company privately about the the disappointing manicure and pedicure, that I received on 3/5. No one ever got back to me. I have been coming to your establishment for at least ten years, but I will not be coming back.

I have been going to T & L nails on Davis Island since 2016. Anytime I have ventured out to try another nail salon out of curiosity, I have always been disappointed. Nothing compares to their quality and price!!!!! I recommend making an appointment because they do get busy but even as a walk-in they try their best to accommodate you in a timely manner. I usually do a regular mani/pedi. I’ll splurge on a gel mani every now & then. I do have to mention that their gel removal is the best experience I’ve had. My nails always feel normal afterwards, not brittle and broken like other salons have left them. I did dip powder for the second time ever but first time at T & L. My nails looked super similar in thickness to the gel which really impressed me! I haven’t gotten it removed yet but I’m not worried because I completely trust them. I’ll attach pictures of my nails throughout the years along with the current pricing chart. 11/10 would recommend them! Looking forward to trying out their new location on West Kennedy too😇
