Worst experience I've ever had at a nail salon. I went in to treat myself for my birthday just to get a basic french mani/pedi. No acrylic no gel. The lady handed me 2 pedicure menus ranging from $40-55. I said okay I Just want basic she said okay you want green tea? I assumed that was part of the basic. I think she intentionally made it confusing. The entire time she was doing my pedicure she was on a video chat phone call. She made one of my toes bleed cutting the cuticle. She literally rushed to do my nails. She painted the tips then put on a single coat of clear polish, missed my pinky completely and that was it. She jumped up and ran over to a chair to get her own nails done! I was floored. My total ended up being $75 because apparently she charged me for the deluxe green tea pedicure. Despite me saying several times, just want a basic. Another note, where I was sitting I could see nail techs standing at the back door smoking, leaving the door open I could literally see the smoke coming inside. I don't like to be so negative but it is what it is. I will never go back here.

So this is my third time going there. The first two times were fine. This last one today was horrible. I sit down at this lady who is next the the pedicure area first table. She starts my nails and I said not to short. She cuts them short. Next she cuts my pinky on my right hand. Then she shapes my nails so off. Then she was like do you want someone else. No I just want to leave. I wanted out of there and still paid $25.

Nail techs are amazing I have used several of them ,very friendly atmosphere, never had to wait long,and are amazing at giving you the loom you want they do nail brows feet lashes waxes it's a one stop shop with several choices and great prices my fills go almost a month

This is my 2nd time visiting this nail salon and I am beyond pleased with the customer service and quality of work. I came in today to soak off nails that were poorly done from another nail shop. I appreciate the attention to detail from applying the acrylic to the shaping and polishing. I didn't have to ask for anything to be fixed. Perfection!!!
