Was okay, a little run down and things were either shut down or broken. Basically the pool and slides were open and I wish the pool was heated a Lil bit more then what it was. Lazy river is nice. Food court is nice and prices are not too bad. Also nice they have towels you can rent cause I forgot to bring some. So not too bad but wish the main price was a Lil cheaper it was just under $200 for me, my gf and 4 kids to go.

The most amazing and only water park in Alaska (please correct me if I am wrong) At first glance, it sort of feels like this business is stingy. The prices are high, there's no longer a home school discount, more than half the attractions are closed down at any given moment.... The truth is I am not sure how this business has survived so long. I remember a few years back (maybe 2015 to 2018), this place was gross and rusty. Now it's still a bit aged but someone has put a lot of love into bringing life and a feel of luxury to this water park. How do they afford all the costs associated with running this business on the small amount that they charge? This to the owner / manager if you reach out to me, I will introduce you to people I know who can give you grants to keep your business running, maybe to hire and train at risk teens, maybe to have school programs especially for low income students on water safety and even environmental protection.

Absolutely disgusting. Stepping in hair everywhere and random puddles of who knows what and who knows how many feet have passed through. I get that this happens, it’s bound to, but I didn’t see a single person cleaning or managing the bathrooms, touch points or surface areas. An absolute germ fest. I’m so disappointed because this indoor water park has amazing potential to be such a great place for family. I’d really like to give this place a 5 star. Maybe whoever sees these will take the constructive feedback and implement something to do better. I will say the person I spoke with over the phone was very sweet and knowledgeable prior to us coming. The showers in the locker rooms weren’t working at all so we weren’t able to shower before leaving. Apparently it’s been like this for a while. I wanted to burn everything I wore leaving. We all double washed as soon as we got home.

For the money it's a bit pricy but at least it's a day pass. The best slides stairs are very high up with larger then normal, steep steps. Makes it harder for us adults to continually climb them. Not the cleanest so shower well after you leave.. We arrived about 10 minutes after opening, to which there was only the pools open. About 25ish min give or take later they opened one slide of 3. Like an hour later the wave pool starts, 15 min max wave time. Then the other 2 slids open and remain open, we didn't get the first body slide or the waves again for the remainder of the time open. The food options are very limited.. They are supposed to have pizza and other food options to which they had only chips, a couple frozen pretzels and muffins. Overall I'd rate it a 6/10. Experience 8/10 Money 💰 3/10

Don't expect it to looked the photos on their website, it it is very very run down and the Ladies changing rooms have only one sink with working Taps, the rest have just holes where the Taps should be, desperately needs a face lift.
Not once you're in the water park, we wore ours until we put our things away in the lockers
I would get a note from the parents to take with you anyways for liability purposes.
