The lady who sits at the front desk and answers the phone is not helpful in the least bit. It appears as though customer service is not in her vernacular. Approximately 3 weeks prior, I scheduled an appointment to bring my RV in for service on April 19th. Her telephone disposition came across as though it was a bother for her to answer the phone or answer questions. Nonetheless, I made the appointment and hoped for the best. I arrived on April 19th and she indicated she had me on the schedule for the 20th. This was not a big deal as it was only a day. I also added about 9 additional minor issues to the repair list. Note: Joe, the technician who was going to be assigned my RV, was in the lobby and agreed to give me a ride back to my car which was parked about 2 miles away. I left feeling that things were going to get much better. Unfortunately, I was wrong. I called back the next day to provide my extended warranty information. I inquired as to a status of getting an estimate. I reiterated that I was not asking about when the actual repairs would be completed only about the estimate. She indicated that Joe was pulled to another Coach as the shop owner had committed to getting the other Coach out that day. However, she indicated that she would have the estimate and would give me a call back by Thursday. Thursday came and went with no phone call. Therefore, I placed a call on Friday afternoon. However, I did not reach anyone and left a voice mail asking for a return call. I stated that I wasn't trying to be a nuisance but was following up for a status of estimate only and not a repair timeline. After not receiving a call back, I called Tuesday April 26th. I spoke with the lady and she indicated that Joe was in the RV and would have an estimate today and she would get with me. I said to avoid being a nuisance if I had not received a call by Thursday, April 28th at 12noon I would call back. She then said call back on Friday instead. I indicated that I had lost confidence in receiving promised communications. She immediately retorted that I could come and get the RV if I liked. I was taken aback as in no interaction with her did I yell, use profanity or disrespect her in any manner. I told her I was on my way to pick up the RV. I arrived and she and Joe were in the lobby. I told her that I found it inappropriate that she would tell me to come pick up the RV instead of taking accountability for her failure to follow up per her timeline. She never apologized or indicated that she thought I had been inappropriate in any interaction with her.. She indicated that they had performed the generator service and provided me the invoice and I remitted payment. Joe again agreed to follow me back to where my RV is stored and to bring me back to their shop to get my car. Joe is a shining example of what customer service is all about. He is the only bright spot in my entire interaction.

Great place to get your rv fixed. Knowledgeable and friendly people. Very conscious of saving you money when they can and they work with your extended warranty company if you have one. If you can't bring your rv to them, they come to you. Would highly recommend to anyone needing an rv worked on.

Purchased a used RV that did not have a working backup camera. The place I purchased it from told me to take it to RV Parts Mall and they would have it repaired at their cost. Picked up the RV only to have the camera work for two days and fail again. I took the RV back to RV Parts Mall to once again have the camera repaired only to be charged for the repair. Why? During the repair process I left numerous calls and asked to be called back regarding the issue. I did not receive any calls back. I asked Phil to give me a call. I have yet to receive a call.

We called and scheduled service to repair our rear passenger side RV slide which had been inoperable for 6 months. We had a double blow out on the interstate that severed the wiring harness. Joe came first thing this morning and had us all fixed up in less than 2 hours! He was extremely knowledgeable as well as personable. I highly recommend this company. If your stuck they come to you. They are efficient, affordable, and highly skilled!
