HORRIBLE AWFUL. Absolutely the Worst lab experience I've ever had. I walked in bc u can't get an appt for at least 4 days or more if u need a morning slot. So as a result there's no more personal service.They've delegated everything to a kiosk computer that takes your check in info and puts you on a waiting list. No more front desk person to greet, check people in and coordinate things for the office. Its also just good PR for a company to have a human that can answer the many complicated questions people have. 4 1/2 hrs after I first signed in they tell me they deleted me off the waiting list ! Bc I didn't respond to their text. They NEVER texted me at all. Not one time. Finally after waiting again in almost tears bc I've had nothing to eat or drink since midnight and its now 2pm I am waved back by the most abrupt woman. She was so rude and had zero bedside manner. I told her that I am deaf and wear a cochlear implant to hear somewhat but I rely on lip reading and since I was wearing a mask could she just pull her mask slightly down so I could understand her questions and her answer was a loud, No!! At least the ordeal was almost over at the 5 hour mark. She was the worst stick I've ever had to boot. That was the most deeply painful stick. Im not exaggerating and I do know a tad about this bc I am an R.N. I continued to be in an inappropriate amount of pain for over 24 hrs. She must have been new or is simply just very bad with her technique. Be Warned! I've been to the Cattlemen location and have had no issues. The only problem now is that they are appt only anymore. Unfortunate.

I asked one question and the phlebotomist was so unbelievably rude by asking me to “just let me get through this and sign the paper”. I was in a very venerable state of mind as I was sitting there in her chair with having had my arm stuck and I couldn’t get out of there fast enough!

This site is such an inconvenience. Stood in line before 7 am only to find out they no longer accept walk in. There were only 2 of us for walk in but they could not accommodate usI used to go to this place

Had a terrible experience and didn't even end up getting my blood drawn. When I called the 800 # I was told they don't make appointments and I could just walk in which was not the case. After sitting there for 90 minutes I left in frustration. They just kept taking people who did in fact have appointments. No one was at the desk working so there was no one to talk to. There was a waiting room filled with people in the same situation as me and it was really stressful since most people were really upset. Don't go there!
