I’m a retired man in my very late 60’s and an avid rider. I had my first 7000+ miles year in 2020 and in April of 2021was able to award that effort with my dream bike. A shiny (and matte) new BMC Roadmachine 01. You can imagine my heart break when in May of this year during an after ride clean up I discovered an impact hole in the drive side chain stay and all the horror stories of carbon fibers “any damage is a total loss” reputation. A call to my dealer and some positive encouragement that all is not lost they referred me to Ruckus. I had nothing but a totally positive experience with them. They were absolutely committed to my satisfaction. I 100% recommend their services to anyone who finds themself in a similar situation as mine. They were spot on with the repair cost estimate and turn around time. My baby is back on the road and I am once again a proud and happy rider! Thank you Ruckus Composites.

I shipped my frame from Toronto as local specialists couldn’t fix. Really happy with my experience with Ruckus - Great comms, cost as per quote and high quality repair. Michael gained my trust immediately and was a pleasure to deal with through the process. I would recommend without hesitation

Ruckus did an incredible job fixing my cracked frame and matching the color. I can’t even tell the difference. The bike came back looking brand new. Ruckus is also excellent at communicating. I was updated every step of the way, so I never wondered what was going on with the repair process. Lastly, the process was quick. Once the frame arrived at Ruckus, it only took two weeks for them to repair and paint the frame. I HIGHLY recommend Ruckus Composites for any carbon repairs.

I had an extremely unfortunate mishap involving my Argon18 Gallium blowing over while in a work stand. My top tube was cracked and I was devastated. I have been watching Ruckus Instagram account over the past year, seeing their exceptional work, and I reached out. Their salesperson was extremely helpful and encouraging, gave me a quote on the work, helped me navigate the shipping process. Ruckus fixed the damage at the quoted cost estimate and found a second damage site unrelated to the original incident. They gave me a reasonable additional charge, got it all done in short time (within 2 weeks!) and shipped it back. When I say that they did a perfect job, I'm saying that with my face 2 inches from the repair, I literally cannot tell where it starts or ends! It's unreal! Every person I encountered on their team, from sales to engineers, was friendly, knowledgable and had the bed-side manner of a pediatrician! :) You can find a cheaper operation easily, as did I, but if you spent good money on a carbon frame, don't you want it fixed by the best with perfect results?! Won't you worry that something was missed without the Ruckus ultrasound?

We typically don't as we like to focus primarily on the repair business. We recommend the following bike painters. Rudi at Black Magic Paint Eric at ColorsWorks Palette
Most definitely ask Shawn. They can do all things carbon....crazy well.
