Will not be using this location ever again. Employee was rude and seemed exasperated at even needing to do their job. Perhaps it was because it was right when the location opened and they were still in the process of settling in for the day. If I hadn’t already folded the box they gave me and put my items in it - I would have just left and gone elsewhere.

Never had a bad experience here. I actually used to rent a mailbox here, too. They are quite busy most of the time, and may be short staffed in the past.

I really feel like Joseph who works at this location didn’t listen to anything I said. I clearly asked for my cups to be wrapped up and that this was a fragile package. I’ve never asked ups to pack anything and I asked him if they do that and he said YES WELLLLL They DIDNT DO IT even after he said he would take cate of it. I will never use this ups again. I’m So disappointed that someone would be so careless when I was very clear about these cups being fragile and important it was they for to my mom before Monday. So careless.

I must say, the place is nice but the quality of package when pick up at the store location is awful. Every time I pick up my package it is smashed, so the goods inside are damaged. I always ended up returning what I ordered online or stuck with that item because of the hassle to return it. This happened to me not just once but more than twice. I must say UPS need to check on how they are handling their packages. There’s a reason why we pick up our package at the store because it is valuable.. I am not happy with the way they handled my packages. I hope other client will not have any issues like mine. I wouldn’t want to order small electronics then worry about it when I pick up at the store. I hope this review is helpful! I may or may not use UPS my choice again if this keep happening.
