Definitely not a handicap friendly store, If you're going to ask for people's driver's licenseTo get a electric cart ask for their car keys and make it's their car too, went there to shop they had carts but no keys. Hope they're smart enough to stop someone using an electric cart and make them hand over the keys right then and there and kick out of the store and ban them, because of this bs we had go to another store

This store is a freaking nightmare!!! I guess since it’s the only grocery store in the heart of the neighborhood they don’t have to care about cleanliness or customer service. I Only come here in a pinch anymore and I hope others start to do the same until they figure it out .

Ailes are always blocked by stocking

Closes earlier than listed every time I have been here after 9:30, and they have people stocking the shelves blocking aisles at all hours of the evening, from 5:00 to close. I've been turned away 30-5 minutes before close several times (the website says the close at 11 now, but its more when the managers want to go home). The deli items taste aweful even compared to other Smiths in the area. Terrible, very out of touch management. This is the worst Smiths location I have ever been too and maybe worst grocery store Ive ever been to, but now I live nearby and live this nightmare, I hate this location and wish they found new, more rational management. Of the dozens of times I've been here they are usually "stocking the shelves"... meaning the pallets are out blocking the isles all hours of the day with nobody ever actively stocking them, and maybe 2 cashiers at best with 1 of the 2 self help isles open. Oh and constant issues at the self checkout if you dare have more than 10 items you have to flag down the 1 overworked person managing that area to say its okay to have more than 10 items. This is a nightmare. Grocery shopping is usually a negative experience here from the poor produce selection or noticable mismanagement around every corner. More than half the time there are zero hand baskets, and they aren't even piled up by the registers, they are just gone. Literally anywhere esle but here.
