Went to the Gloucester Lowes yesterday to schedule a measurement and purchase for new flooring in our entire home. No one was in the flooring department, my wife went to the front desk as asked for assistance and was told someone would be right there, we waited 15 to 20 minutes and no one showed up. Several employees were walking around doing nothing and one was talking to friends for several minutes, no one offered to help. We left and went to The Home Depot and had all the cost and scheduled measurement appointment in about 15 minutes. Thankful we have Home Depot in the area!

This is one of our favorite places to walk around. I wish they would have more things on clearance especially on plants. We recently got our king size mattress at a very good price. Customer service is very good as well

Got six sets of blinds there - the process was quick and easy. Corey was very friendly and did a great job helping us get exactly what we needed based on our measurements. Install went great once we got them back home. Thanks Corey!

Lowe's in Gloucester town Virginia has always been helpful, supports community and has items I am looking for at all times. Love their clearance. Associates are very personable and store educated. I refer family and friends to their store constantly.
