Richard Felton was my workers compensation attorney. I am more than satisfied with the results. I always felt like he had my best interest at heart. I would highly recommend him for your attorney. Also, his assistant Brenda is very helpful! You’ll be very Lucky to have Mr. Felton As your attorney, I was!

Amy Leung and ( super assistant) Bianca Barragon What can I say about these 2 very special ladies. Not only 1 case but 2 cases did they help me get through. I am not the easiest person to deal with, but they stuck with me, clarifying that it will all be taken care of as planned. I was always comforted by kind words and the sincereness in their voice. They always answered my emails, and got back to me by a simple phone call if necessary . Both of my cases are now closed and I am fully satisfied. I would in a heartbeat recommend these ladies again. Thank you both so much for putting in your 💯, on my worker's compensation cases. Thanks again Amy & Bianca may God bless you always. 😊😊😊 Jackie

My attorney was Joanna Sacavitch and she is the best attorney I have ever seen hands down. She always communicated with me and would always inform me about what was happening with my case. Not many attorneys put in the effort and take the time like Joanna does. If you need an attorney, she’s the one!

Questions & Answers

A metal door cracked my eyelid open at work. I got stitches and ended up with a visible scar. Employers & coworkers say, "At least it wasn't your eye, it could have been worse" in attempts to make me feel better. Yes it could have! Do I have a case?

Talk to attorney Goldstein. I personally know of 3 successfully resolved cases, 1 of which was mine. I have also made a referral.
