Monroe used to be very reliable, honest and professional. Hear me out... Before a trip I went in to have one of my hubs checked. Was told that I needed rotors all around for the bargain price of 700 bucks. Nah, I thought... Took my trip, returned and took my vehicle to brit tire. My issue was broken wheel bolts on the wheel I mentioned and parking brake shoes plus the new rim due to the needed bolts. No rotor issues at all. I won't be back.

Had an urgent need for a brake job on a 2015 Colorado. I work crazy hours, but I called and they were able to fit me in. Staff was very friendly and they did a great job! No upselling and they were 100 cheaper then the dealer quote. Dealer left me hanging, told me they'd call when the pads came in. 3 weeks later, no call and it was getting dangerous! Thanks folks!
