I had ordered 2 pairs of Underarmour shoes for my grandson from the Shoe Carnival website. It turned out that his feet had not only grown in length but also in width. I called the store to make sure that I could exchange them there and they said, no problem. So he and I went to our closest store and immediately they greeted us and asked how they could help. I explained the situation and was told to simply find the size and width needed and bring them to the front counter. I found the style he loves and always wears in black in the correct size bit not the blue. They said they would be happy to order them from their online site if they were in stock, so they ordered them and told me the shoes would be shipped to my home in 5 to 7 business days. It was a very easy and pleasant exchange and the blue style arrived at my door in only 2 or 3 days. The service was excellent and all of the employees were very curtious and helpful, I highly recommend both Shoe Carnival.com and the store at Dudley Farms/South Ridge, South Charleston, WV.
