Customer service was horrible. After waiting 25 minutes I went to the counter to ask about my order only to be told with an attitude they were working on it. After another 10 minutes I went to register for a refund and was not given a full refund. I had to ask for the full amount to which the manger responded saying they wouldn’t give me a refund for the unopened bag of chips. After I asked again for a full refund for which I was owed he threw a 5 dollar bill at me and said to keep the change. He then fussed at me the whole way out the door. Terrible

I always enjoy firehouse subs. The staff was very friendly today! I am very close to 5 stars and wish I could do 4.5, the food is amazing! The section that is no longer being utilized over by the drink machines could give a cleaner appearance. That is my biggest concern. I will review this review the next time I come in!! This is the hook and ladder.

Face masks for employees, plexi glass separator at register, none of the usual bottles of hot sauce are out along with the lemons and limes at the drink station.

I'll be moving to Decatur in a few months and work for firehouse in huntsville. Is there a way to transfer or do I need to go thru everything
