I am super upset with this company. I have used them for the past years for about 5 times for my mother in law. Every time my husband would call to purchase a ticket over the phone a rude lady always picks up and always puts him on hold. But the worst part is that THEY LEFT MY MOTHER IN LAW AT THE BORDER!!!!!!! WHO THE HELL DOES THAT????? she was getting her permit as everyone else was, she was the last one in the line and when she got done the bus was leaving!!! This is is inappropriate not right she is an older lady and you do this to her health!

The only thing nice about this trip was the driver. I appreciate him trying to make things better for us all but we were in that van on top of each other like sardines, AC blasting making passengers cough, and because of all the people in it many weren’t able to wear their seatbelts imposing a huge danger to the customers. I feel like I paid a fare price to get to Pacoima and for a good trip and this kind of service doesn’t cut it. I get dropped off in East LA where I’m suppose to wait another hour for another van to pick me up. All the passengers with me can agree that the service was lacking and now we know which line not to take.
