I can finally write this now that I'm moving away. For the past year the only thing this dominos has gotten right was the address. They constantly forget items you add on like ranch or drinks etc. Today I tried to do take out and called from thw parking lot to watch them look at the phone, look at me, then go back to whatever they were doing. I also get pizza extra done because my kid has texture issues. Today it was like half cooked. So now I'm having to put it in the oven for another who knows how long. Plus I swear their pepperoni just tastes off. If the owner sees this look at this date and see who was working b/c I don't know how bad you're paying them, but it's too much. PICTURED what constitutes a "well done pizza". Just save money and time and go drive and get Little Ceasars yourself. Cheaper and tastes better even if this dominos didn't mess SOMETHING up every single time.

Ordered pizza, app said it would be ready in 60 min. Waited appropriate time and then drove 20 min to pick up pizza. Employee said they had not even started my order yet, would be another 30-40 min. Employee was not apologetic and didn't care when I canceled my order. Very disappointed in terrible customer service.

Called to place an order and I appreciated the employee estimating wait times for carry out and delivery 45-50 for carry out and 90 minutes for delivery). However, when we arrived, they stated they threw our order away (didn’t even make it) and the reason was “the long wait time we didn’t think you would show.” Close to 35 minutes later the order was finally finished. Our 45 minute wait turned into almost 90 minutes. I understand they are short staffed but they made the decision not to even complete our order. Doubtful we will ever use Dominos again.

The absolute best Domino's I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. They have the drive thru so just use your app, place your order, pay online OR at the window and dinner is just as easy as that! 4-14/2021 Trying to just get a proper pizza order and we can't seem to get one lately. This is the second time they've forgotten a topping on our pizza and we're on the phone with them right now being made to feel like we're lying about the product we received. We had gotten halfway through our meal when I realized it was missing the topping. It was suppose to be chicken, bacon, and cheddar cheese on a ranch sauced crust. There was no chicken. Here's a picture of what's left because I simply expected my order to be made correctly. Also notice how one slice is cut the size of a quarter of the pizza and the rest of tiny. This is happening a lot more lately on top of air bubbles and super thin, dry crust. 7-3/2021 Just placed an order with this location again. Here's to hoping they've gotten it together a little bit better since April.
