My wife and I love going to The Greenery. We've purchased many bushes, herbs, and potted plants from them. We love buying the unusual; beautiful large Rabbit Leg Fern, Maidenhair ferns, unusual succulents, etc. Sometimes we just go to enjoy ourselves.

I made a delivery here and was about an hour early. They left me in and was unloaded promptly. Monica, as well as all the other employees, were lovely and professional. The grounds were well kept and the building was beautiful. The plants appeared to be organized, well labeled, and well kept. Really seemed like a top notch place. I left about 15 minutes after they opened and I noticed on my way out that they already had customers so that’s saying something. Also, Monica went out of her way to include a note to my bosses about the service I provided The Greenery. Would love to come back!

Stopped in to see if they do landscape design. Were quickly dismissed with a "our designer is booked out 2 years". They acted like we were bothering them. Very offensive. Will never shop there even though they have a beautiful store. Terrible customer service.

I have been there many times over the years. I live about an hour away, but it is always worth my time to visit when I’m in the Huntsville area. They have a wide selection of indoor and outdoor plants. They have a great selection of pots and other accessories. The staff has been gracious and very helpful when I’ve had a request for information or assistance. I look forward to my next opportunity to visit!
