On June 14th I dropped off a package with pre paid postage. Today is June 19th and my tracking says that a label has been created. The package contained t-shirts for a memorial so I went back twice to see if they had located the package so I could just make the 2 hour drive to deliver them. The clerk on two different occasions, had told me that the package was not in their facility. She never checked to see if the package was still there. Her feet never left the spot she was standing in and she told me it’s probably in Birmingham. I live in Huntsville, it’s probably in Birmingham was her only answer. While I was there I observed 5 people on the first day and 8 people on the second day ask with the same complaint. The complaint was “I received a email that a attempt was made to deliver a package and I needed to come pick it up. At least 5 of those people said they were home all day and no one tried to deliver anything, 2 people said they watched their cameras and no one tried to deliver anything. There was other people there with list packages as well. They were told to give it another week. This is ridiculous. Their carelessness has inconvenienced my business as well as my customers twice this week which resulted in me losing over $500 due to refunds and remaking merchandise. At this point shut this location down.

I had to wait for the mail lady to move so I could get into my driveway at the end of a cuddlesak. She put a note in my box she could not deliver my package when she could have just handed it to me. 5/5 at 1:25p.m. Two weeks ago she put a note that our driveway was blocked so she could not deliver a package that day. Get real! Last month I mailed a card to my son that he never received. Makes me wonder if she stole it. Worst post office service we have ever had. Since our last one retired.

If the ladies are working in the front customer service area they are very nice and helpful but if the older fat bald man is working you may as well turn around and come back another day. Not only is he rude and unapologetically lazy but he will let you know that he hates his job and will do the least to service your needs, uses grunts and moans to answer your questions and then laughs at your questioning facial expressions.

worst post office ever. wish I could give 0 stars. Last night our mail lady literally left our mail on the ground by the mailbox. I guess it didn’t fit because she already put a package in it but to leave it on the ground?? really?? She is the woman who drives the red jeep and there’s really no way to get in contact with her or we would. She also always puts that the mailbox is blocked when it never is. Sometimes I have to park my car to the side because I have no where else to park if the driveway is taken, but I have never parked in front of the mailbox. Just so tired of never receiving mail on time because she doesn’t want to do her job.
