I have been going here for 2 months now because it’s a really affordable gym and $25 cheaper than my old gym. It’s honestly more of beginners gym so lifting isn’t something you can do here. (They ring that awful bell) -Good Things- Affordable and really easy to use equipment and workout machines. Some of the staff is amazing and always helping customers. It’s kept clean and sanitize (a few exceptions) -Bad Things- They could do better job with how the ceiling drips water and they sometimes have buckets to catch it. One of the bathrooms in the women’s room has a hole in the walls. (Which is corporates fault)

From my experience it's during the week from about 4 to 8
