Don't like the maintenance man because he screams at people. Plus he has screamed at my own children. He also goes into the main part of the office at 9:40 PM at night going through confidential records.

This is my fourth time living in these apartments and I do enjoy living here obviously. I don’t agree with a lot of the things here but they don’t have anything to do with the landlord, People need to realize she has people that are above her and guide her on the things to do. In my opinion she is one of the nicest and sweetest person I know in her position. I mean what landlord that we have had recently has done what this one has. She is the only one I have known to try to get things done for us as much as possible. From renting these apartments out to having to be the maintenance person when we are without one. So I give my respect to her as much as possible considering she has done more for us than any others we have had in the past. She is only able to do so much and has to abide by what corporate tells her do. Yes rent is too high considering but again these things aren’t controlled by the landlord. I mean realty people want to put bad reviews on here about her but leave out their part for there are 2 sides to every situation.

I have been living here a year and half...I love this place great place to live..the manger and mainance does a very great job.if something need repair I have no problem..and the new manger we have is great.
