Wow, what a wonderful establishment! I decided to bring in a ring that had a loose diamond. We met Christine, a Gemologist. And very kind and caring. She took care of my ring and after examining it asked me to come back in a week and cleaned a couple of other pieces. Today I picked up my ring. It is beautiful. It looks more beautiful than when originally purchased. I brought in a necklace and ring. Found a problem or two and will have those repaired as well. I trust them completely. Simone & Son takes the safety of its staff and patrons seriously. We work by appointment so we can space everyone out, we have plexiglass throughout the store and staff and clients are required to properly wear masks. We also have sanitizer throughout the store.

Hello .. We have a Graduate Gemologist / Certified Gemologist on staff.. we normally charge $125 for the first appraisal and $95 for the others. However Jade is the tricky one. We might have to research the value. The best thing would be to speak to our gemologist first. Call us at 714-964-4012
