Upon pulling up for check-in, the hotel appears nice at first sight. When we pulled around back to our room it was a whole parade of sketchy characters in the parking lot and sitting on the steps smoking. Back of hotel where our room was, was dirty and unkempt. Upon entering our room, it was musty, not well cleaned and several cockroaches had already taken up residency in the room. The final straw was viewing someone in the parking lot being taken down and arrested by 2 police officers. Did not feel safe on property with 2 small children. Front desk staff were accommodating and understanding and offered full refund.

We came in a day early and was accommodated by the hotel. The gentleman who checked us in messed up our reservation and added the early day but took off the last day. We were called and told they needed and eta for when we were to get our stuff out. The lady who called was nasty. After finding the reservation emailed to us I called back and the manager said we wouldn’t have to move but after all the aggravation we found a new hotel to stay at. The room was never cleaned the four days that we were there. We were given towels if we went to the front desk and asked for them. The last night they didn’t have any and we had to wait on the laundry. If they had cleaned out room they would have had plenty to give us. The pool and hot tub were nice. Location was convenient. Would look for somewhere else to stay next time.

Our friends actually stayed here, and we came to visit. Really is a nice place to stay. Very clean and well maintained. Indoor/outdoor bar. Cookies in the morning. We met the manager while visiting and he was very classy and professional, and super proud of the hotel he runs. Absolutely will be linking up with him to have a stay there sometime. He keeps it very safe, and very clean.

We should have left as soon as we arrived! The room was filthy and on day 3 we had cockroaches! We couldn’t get out of hotel fast enough. We told the front desk about it and they said they would give us extra Choice Points. They should have comped some of our stay. Guess what…they didn’t and no points! STAY AWAY! The property pics on site are not what you get.
