fter visiting three other BMW My experience here has been amazing, the service and quality of the sales team here are exceptional. First of all, James was extremely patient and diligent in making sure we found the perfect car for me. We did a test drive on a few cars and came back the next day before closing time to get our baby m440i cv (and absolutely in love with her). James guided us smoothly through the whole process and stayed with us after hours to make sure we are happy. On the next time we came back to get the detailing done. My experience at McKenna was beyond amazing, top to bottom.

These guys must not sell a lot of cars.. my girlfriend and I have been looking to add to our BMW family and found a certified pre owned one that fit our liking that happened to be at McKenna. We drove out here super excited and ready to buy a car tonight. We get here and there’s not a sales person in sight. We walk into the lobby and ask the front desk girl if there’s anyone to help us. First off, barely can hear her when she talks. Second, I have to go up and ask her THREE times if anyone is coming to help us. I even asked if we should just walk across the street where the certified pre owned lot was and she just didnt really know how to answer, confused herself if someone was even coming. Finally someone walks up and when he does, we let him know we are here to see a car we found online and he proceeds to just turn around walk towards the lot. No greeting, no name? Just walks across the super busy street with no acknowledgment. We show him what car we’re looking for and he realizes he doesn’t have it anymore. Didn’t even offer to show us some of the other options that could have been comparable. It was like he didn’t even care to be there. I’ve never been so blown away on a car lot. We were so ready to buy a car, with no one who seemed to sell us one.
