I ordered a double cheeseburger with no onions. The burger was barely warm and the bun was hard. The burger was all dried out so it had been sitting a long time. My husband ordered a qtr pounder with cheese. It wasn’t even hot enough to melt the cheese. Very disappointed. It was only 5:45 pm on a Tuesday

This store along with other McDonald's In this area are too overwhelmed with customers and have always had my order wrong. I waited 30 mins. When I ordered breakfast and did not receive my carnal frappe. I tried my best in front of the carryout counter to get the attention of one of the mcds employees and never could. I left the store without my frappe. After 30 mins. Of being rudely ignored I got ripped off frappes are expensive to. This was also on camera in the store. Terrible
