My decision to buy a Crosstreck was a very good one. I really like it's style, comfort, size, gas mileage and dependability. It has a sporty style and worth the wait of 4 months to get the beautiful blue color I wanted. The driver's seat adjusts easily and is quite comfortable. No problem fitting in the garage and parking spaces. A gas tank on the right speeds me through the Costco line to fill up infrequently with regular gas. Subaru has been helpful explaining all the features of this computer on wheels. I believe Irvine Subaru will continue to provide great service.

I was on my way to the store on a Saturday and realized that my media panel was not working. I pulled into the Irvine Subaru dealership service department to see if they could take a quick look. Armando was very nice and went over to ask a service technician to take a look. Jessie came over and he was very polite and helpful. He tried a few quick fixes and then offered to take the car back on the spot. I know Saturdays are very busy and this usually isn’t done so this was so appreciated. Everyone was very kind and helpful and I appreciated the extra assistance so much.

We went through a third party that handled everything and made it so smooth for us to get a new vehicle. His name was Joey, but because he has a great relationship with Subaru of Irvine, the process went even quicker. The staff was very friendly and a clean location with snacks and a kids play area. I had no complaints what so ever.

Masks are worn by staff and customers. 6 ft distancing are marked on floors. Hand sanitizer is available. Clean and dirty pens have their own holders.

I had extended warranty but it ended before 30k service. It's close to $600 at Irvine Subaru for 30k mile service check. I opted to take my crosstrek to my family's trusted mechanic. He is certified and did exactly what dealer was supposed to do plus more. I saved $250.
This is a very busy dealership I went there and was passed two three different salespeople I guess because I wasn't buying a car I was just there for parts I didn't matter very unhappy with their service
The Subaru Impreza is the least expensive model.
I just paid $109 for an oil change and tire rotation
