I am so glad I contacted Josh Goldstein with my USCIS cases for my family still back home at the time. In less than 6months my cases were treated and my.kids have joined me. I encourage anyone that has delays to contact his office. They are good at what they do. Im glad I didn't hesitate. Thank you to the staff too, they kept communicating with me through out the whole process.

After 3+ years with no movement after my husband's interview and feeling completely hopeless, we saw a video of Josh and reached out. It was less than a year from the suit being filed and my husband arriving here. I know a law suit sounds scary, but it was the only way we got movement. We suggest if you are at a place where no one answers and you don't even know whose hands your paperwork is sitting in definitely reach out. We highly recommend Josh and his team.

After her interview, my wife's case was pending and with "Refused" status for five long months. We have contacted the embassy a few times, but there was no response other than automated generic replies. We were frustrated with the situation. I have searched online to find any solutions, and I came across Josh's video regarding the mandamus law, and I was hesitant at first, so I did more in-depth research, and as a result, I decided to go with it. And I am glad that I did it because only a month after we filed the mandamus, my wife received a call from the embassy to drop her passport at the embassy. After a couple of days, she got a call to collect her passport with the visa at the embassy. I suggest to anyone in the same situation NOT to wait and proceed with mandamus. IT WORKS, and the reason (to my understanding) is that the law mandates that the immigration department should respond in a reasonable time frame, and the only entity that can "order" the immigration agencies to carry out their duty is the justice system and not your senator or anyone else, the only thing they can do is nicely ask them to attend to your case which in most cases does not work. I particularly suggest Josh Goldstein and his team because of my experience with our case. They are experts for this type of case. I worked with them and provided the required information they requested, and they managed to file the suit in a couple of days, and it was completely hassle-free, in my opinion. In the end, I would like to thank Josh and his team for the excellent job that they have done in our case.

I’ve been working with Goldstein Immigration to battle one of the toughest US Embassies in the world – the US Embassy in Accra, Ghana. I discovered Josh on YouTube in 2021; after watching several of his videos and reading testimonies, I sought out his services. The process he laid out was very transparent and everything happened according to his timeline. We ran into a few bumps in the road through no fault of his own but because the defense team was unorganized. At the time we filed the mandamus, my husband had not received a visa interview; after our first court deadline, he was given an interview notice a week later. Thereafter, we entered the black hole that is administrative processing. Several miscommunications from the embassy later, and we are still fighting for my husband’s visa to be issued. Our case in the IR1 category and it should not have taken this long as no documents were requested at the time of the visa interview. I will say this, I’m not sure how far we could have come if not for the mandamus. Possibly, we could have still been waiting for an interview at this very moment. The mandamus has provided us with a timeline and a bit of assurance. The results will be different for everyone as some embassies are more difficult than others. However, given the obstacles the previous administration has put in place with regard to immigration, and consulates abroad using the pandemic as a crutch to justify unreasonable delays, I believe the mandamus is very necessary. I truly loved working with this firm. Rebekah is a ray of light and has always provided me with kind words of reassurance throughout the process. This process definitely isn’t for the faint of heart, it’s really tough. It has been 6 months since we filed the mandamus but we are very close to the finish line. I would advise that if you pursue this avenue, to not expect results next week or even next month. You will need to exercise patience and be prayerful. However, never be afraid to ask questions and always review the documentation that is received and sent out regarding your case. At one point, I believe my lengthy emails and questions were annoying but it was a learning experience for us both and Josh and his staff handled it with grace. We do not yet know the outcome of the mandamus, but we are very hopeful. Good luck to all of you out there who are tough circumstances with the US Immigration system. Keep following up regarding your case on a weekly basis, persistence is key, and trust that God will prevail.

$97 for a consultation. We give a full credit for this amount towards the cost of your legal fees should you hire us within seven days of your consultation.
Obtaining immigrant visa through marriage is a lenghty process (anywhere between 1 to 4 years), bulk of which being the AP period. I do suggest hiring a lawyer (specially after your interview) to expedite the process. I recommend Josh Goldstein. He is a pro in this area.
Our firm has never handled an expired DV lottery case. So not sure our firm would be the best fit. But good luck. I seriously hope you win the case.
My condolences to you and your family. There is a process to help someone when the petitioner dies during the case. We'd love to help you help her.
Hi Money, thank you for your question. We do help people from all over the world sort through the immigration process into the United States. Please contact our office and we can talk more about how it works and what you need to get your visa.
Hi there, thanks for reaching out to us at Goldstein Immigration Lawyers, I'm not entirely sure what you mean by "Mexican custody." Are you referring to family law? If so, my understanding of your question is that you want to know whether custody, awarded by a Mexican family court, would be recognized as legally valid in the United States. Is this correct? If this is what you are wondering I'm not the right person to answer that question. My knowledge and practice is limited to U.S. immigration law issues. You need to find an attorney who deals with cross-border family law. Good luck!
We would need to chat with you about your situation. Once we learn a little more, we can give you a price quote.
Hi Alena, thanks for reaching out to us. It is best if you call our office so we can discuss the specific details of your husband's situation to see what we can do to help him. Thanks.
Hi Parrish! Good to hear from you. I just emailed you and will also give you a call to follow up. Looking forward to helping you.
An immigration lawyer would be HUGE help for you if CBP took your green card. Deferred inspection is a serious matter. You could be detained or referred to immigration court for deportation proceedings. I can offer you insights into what's going on, what to expect, what's around the corner. This will help you prepare and stay ahead of what's next. You can book an appointment with me right here: https://go.oncehub.com/JoshuaGoldstein Looking forward to helping you, Christian!
So good to hear from you, Manoil. As you know, immigration law is complicated. As you know, TPS on its own doesn't lead to a green card; neither does a pending asylum case. So I'd need more info from you to come up with a plan. Let's meet and figure this out! You can book an appointment with me here: https://go.oncehub.com/JoshGoldstein I charge $97 for the appointment, but I'd give you a credit towards any work that you hire me for. I can't tell you how much I'd hire you for your entire case because I don't have a firm grasp if what you need help with. Once I come up with a plan, then I can estimate the cost. Does that makes sense? As an immigration lawyer, I can say: help is on the way, my friend. Looking forward to hearing from you, Josh
No i married him before his deportation proceedings
We would be delighted to help you. The immigration lawyers in our Los Angeles office focus on O-1 visas. Josh
Great question, Anthony! First of all, I'm sorry that you're in this situation. My heart goes out to you. You need to take a deep breath. There may be options and paths forward to help you keep your green card. I'd like to help get you through this. You can make an appointment to meet with me right here: https://go.oncehub.com/JoshuaGoldstein I have court on Monday (May 13th), but am available on Tuesday (May 14th). Help is on the way, brother!
Eric! Thanks for your question! I'd be happy to help you and your wife out. We generally charge a fixed legal fee for immigration cases. The price that we charge varies based on the complexity of your case and the specific details of your situation. To evaluate your case, we start with a Strategy Session by video conferencing, which you can schedule here: https://go.oncehub.com/imlaw We charge $97 for the Strategy Session, which could become effectively “free” because we credit this fee to your account with our firm, should you hire us within 7 days of your meeting. Looking forward to helping you!!
Good question, Adilene! We generally charge a fixed legal fee for spousal visas/green card cases. The price varies based on the complexity of your case and your situation. I like to kick things off with an initial meeting or consultation, which I think of a strategy session, which gives me a chance to meet with you and your spouse, ask question, and learn more about your situation. Once I've evaluated your case, then I can come up with action plan and give you a fee estimate. The charge $97 for the strategy session. If, within one week of our meeting, you decide to hire me to help you--and I certainly hope that you do--I would offer you a full credit of that $97 towards your legal fees. Does that makes sense? Do you have further questions about how we do things? If so, give us a call. I look forward to meeting you and helping you!
Great question! We generally charge a flat fee that varies based on what exactly you need help with, what issues you're trying to solve, and so on. The purpose of the consultation is to understand your situation. Unless your case is extremely complex, we will be able to evaluate your case during the consultation and give you a fee estimate. Again the consultation is a full credit towards our legal services should you hire us--and we hope you do-- within 7 days of your consultation.
I'm so sorry your in this situation. It's bad enough to have immigration problem. It's even worse to have to pay $$$ under emergency circumstances. Keep in touch and let us know how we can help
