This is and has been my go to place for years. Dr. Ritter is one of the finest doctors my husband and I have ever been treated by. From a jellyfish sting to a bronchial infection his treatment was always spot on. There’s no one better!

Very positive experience at this urgent care clinic, and vastly superior to any other urgent care clinic I have visited in the area. Alexa and Dulce were helpful and professional and the doctor took his time, gave me good information about my injury and genuinely seemed to care for my well being both near and long term. Happy I chose this clinic!

!PSA: Dr. Thomas K Ryu is very RUDE and CONDESCENDING! This doctor is VERY RUDE! He was handling my workers comp check up. He was suppose to examine me but instead DR. Thomas started asking questions unrelated to the examination. He even asked me “ why would i seek legal counsel for my workers comp” After I gave him my answers he started being CONDESCENDING towards me. He got mad at the fact that my conditions have not been improving and tried to interrogate me trying to imply that he didn't believe me. After this doctor interrogated me he didn't even do the examination. I have always been respectful to doctors but i have never felt so INSULTED in my life!

I must of picked something up on my flight over from the UK, so unfortunately 4 days into my holiday I was bed bound and incredibly ill. I had no idea what to do in this situation as when you get medical insurance you hope you never have to use it. I phoned the practise and the nurse was so friendly and helpful. She explained the costs up front, ($120 for the appointment + cost of medicines) and how I would be able to claim that back with an itemised receipt they would give me. This was a breath of fresh air as a couple of other practises I’d called tried to skirt around the costs involved. When I got there the nurse on reception was incredibly sympathetic, which is what you want when you’re ill. I was seen within 20 minutes of myself arriving (I arrived at say 4.40pm), and everyone was a real reassurance. I explained to the the Doctor that I couldn’t afford to go into hospital for IV antibiotics and chest X-rays because of the upfront cost. He actively listened to what I said and spent a lot of time devising an affordable mix of medication that I could take from home, with the promise that if I did get worse I would go straight to the ER. He also gave me a full box of Tylenol for free because he was sympathetic to my situation. Really, really grateful to the staff here for amazing service. They made what could’ve been a ridiculously stressful situation into a manageable one.
