I was very impressed. it was towards the end of the day, took about 10 minutes for them to call my number, no biggie I used the transgender bathroom while I waited plus I also plugged in my phones and they didn't seem to mind . Call to window number two and a gentleman was training a new girl and together they got my application in for EBT, and the questions that they needed at the time was my income from disability . I received the next day a call from a counselor to finish my application and get the rest of my information but the only thing he wanted was my income . He didn't want any of my expenses . So I'll have to go through a long process to get someone to understand that because I don't rent a place besides the thousands I've spent on storage in the town of Irvine, that I still have expenses . Last time around it took me six agencies in different towns to get someone to understand I needed help with food . I pray it does not go that way again because I get disability money . I worked hard for that money it's not being handed to me I worked for it . Now I'm a caregiver and I don't get paid . I just get the disability and the dirty looks but not from them so they were very nice.
