Jeffrey is a nurse in the ER… the most rude and condescending nurse you can meet. He also, in a three hour period, only checked on my mom once. Very rude and when I said that to him he became even more rude. Don’t come here for any emergencies at all. Been here 6 hours and my mom feels worse than she did and no straight answers

We had an amazing experience delivering our daughter at the women's hospital! The nurses at Saddleback are an incredible group of people with more empathy, heart, experience and love than any I've met before! Even though labor is one of the hardest things one goes through, it was an enjoyable experience and one that I will look back on with fondness. Thank you for taking such good care of us!!! A big thank you to Julia, Jeannette, Debra, Roxy and April for making our experience so special <3 you all are extraordinary!

I’m not a “yelp person” but I can’t say enough incredible things about this hospital and their staff. I’ve been there twice in the last week and the nurses are absolutely unreal. James (the overnight nurse) was so kind, helpful, professional, and funny! Made us laugh even when I was feeling horrible and in pain. You could tell he really loves his job and cares about his patients. Also, he found my vein the first time!! Usually it takes people ten times lol. Since I’ve been coming here, I leave and tell all our friends how great our experience is. There have been so many other nurses/cna’s that have helped me, I just can’t remember all their names. They would even go out of their way and get me a warm blanket when I looked cold. I’ve been so many places where the nurses really didn’t care at all, were rude, and didn’t listen to what you have to say. So this is like a breath of fresh air. If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would. So thankful for their amazing staff!

Hi Tony, we offer free parking in our large lot facing the front of the hospital that can be accessed via Health Center Drive. We also offer complimentary valet parking from 7:30 am to 6 pm - this can be accessed via the roundabout at the end of Calle de la Magdalena. Please keep in mind, if you are valet parking you will enter through the Medical Office Tower and not the main entrance of the hospital.
