The worst when it comes to discussing financial matters in a private setting. Incompetent employees handling financial information, policy and procedures. I would never suggest to anyone they utilize this State Farm Agent's office. Complete failure of Agent Carlos Luy not taking responsibility of his office staff providing incorrect and erroneous policy information. This agent actually made an elderly widow cry by badgering her as she tried to leave his office. Not only unprofessional, Carlos Luy demonstrated bully tactics to a State Farm customer of 50+ years.

I've been a customer for over 15 years both my house and cars insured by this office. Zero claims to this date- thanks to God! I called last week and ask if they would cover some property damage and the first thing the agent says " If you put in a claim on your property, you will lose your discount you get for not submitting a claim." Agent did not bother to first say - thank you for being a good customer for over 15 years or maybe let me see how I can get your property fixed. Horrible customer service .
