Poor employees need training. Went on 12/30 to make custom boxes. Most chocolates were out of stock. I was advised to come later that day after shipment was received. Went again on 12/31 and they said they didn’t have time to open the boxes. These employees moved as if their feet were in caramel. I have been to other stores where they have opened boxes next to them and pull from the new shipment. Waiting to open the boxes after the holidays sales slump? It doesn’t take time to slit a box open. How does this help the customer or the company? Go to the Paramount location instead.

My daughter loves this place to pieces. #1 it always smells of sweet fresh chocolate the instant you walk in, and #2 they give every single person a free sample chocolate just for coming in. Most places give just the parents a sample seeing as they are the ones paying, but See's is all about the family and is so down to earth. We absolutely love this location and highly recommend!
