Please shut down until renovations are complete. I was greeted by a lizard in the bathroom. The bed was so uncomfortable, no headboard, there were no mirrors on the wall, afraid to go to sleep, didn’t know where the lizard went and Didn’t know if there were more crawling around.Started to sleep in my truck, but there were so many people walking the parking lot it looked too dangerous.No spread on bed, blanket should have been trashed a long time ago. Holes in the wall. No telephone. Very outdated and broken furniture. Very disappointed, couldn’t get a refund. We were robbed. Didn’t get anything we were promised when reservation was made. False advertising.Doesn’t deserve a star, but the clerks were very nice. Hotel should be closed until renovations are completed.

Under construction but outside grounds were trashy and the other room renters did not look like upstanding citizens. Booked but decided to cancel after approaching and driving around. Hopefully the renovations will improve this, I would look forward to seeing it after.

It took about 30 minutes to check in as the computers weren't working properly. There was no rest room available while I waited. The bathroom door in the room wouldn't close completely, and the toilet wouldn't flush. The air conditioner kept going up and down at will from 70 to 74. There was no blanket on the bed, just a sheet. The TV was RCA and the remote was GE. They were not compatible. I even changed the battery, thinking that was the problem, but it wasn't.

I would not advise anyone to stay here. When I went to check in I was greeted with an employee that already had an attitude. Then I was told that I have to give a $50 cash deposit. You would think that information would have been provided when you make the reservation but it was not. Then when we went to our room the door was propped open. They still had food and garbage on the floor so clearly they didn't take the time to clean the room for the next person. Had to take a sleeping pill just to go to sleep because the people next door were outside arguing and being loud. When we got up we went to check out and there I was greeted with 2 other employees with an attitude. First thing she asked when I said I was checking out is "did you leave a cash deposit?" and I said yes. Then she started accusing me of having an attitude when I didn't have one and it just snowballed from there. They refused to give me my cash deposit back. There is no paper trail and I feel this is just one way they rip off people that stay at that sad excuse of a hotel. Pool was closed, no breakfast served, the place was a mess due to remodeling. I will sleep in my car before I get a room from this place again! Don't waste your time or money with this sad excuse of a hotel!
