Had high hopes but was hit with let down. I’ll start by saying the pool was nice and clean. But the room were standard. We ran out of toilet paper and needed new towels. Called to the front desk and the lady was super hateful and said then come get them. The front staff was very rude each time we went down. There was mildew/mold in the bathroom and some weird little bugs. The beds were uncomfortable and the pillows were horrible. We received not even one day of housekeeping the entire week we were there. Including no trash bags or toiletries. Shows to be on the gulf beach but the beach across the street was absolutely filthy covered in trash and paraphernalia. The beaches down the road are nice though. All in all if we are back in this area we will probably look for an another hotel over this one.

I would give more stars for the cleanliness of the hotel, but the hospitality portion of the hotel and company are disgusting. We drove 16 hours from Wisconsin. We did arrive early and asked if maybe we can have our room early. We would have even paid extra for it. I called at 10:30 and they told me to call back at 1:30. I called back at 1:30 and it wasn't ready. We showed up at our check in time of 3:00 and sat in the lobby until 4:30. That is when our room was finally ready. No apology or any offers. They made it sound like 3:00 check in isn't a guarantee. Ours was the last room to even be cleaned with us calling during the day. There was no effort during the day to even try and accommodate us and then they make us wait even longer. I did try 2 times to complain to the corporate office and only keep getting emails that someone will contact me in a few business days. No one ever gets back to you. So if you will have any issues, you will never get them resolved and they will not do anything out of their way to help accommodate you. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone due to the lack of any hospitality.

Interesting virtual check-in process! The room was designed nicely. Easy to accommodate an entire family. We enjoyed the view. I would advise you to be aware of breakfast times and it ends a bit earlier than expected on weekdays. (Not their fault but ours for being unaware.)

First the good: Great location, with a view of the Gulf, convenient parking, casinos and several restaurants in walking distance. Friendly staff. Multiple nice lobby areas for visiting. Bed was comfortable, bathroom fixtures were clean. Room was quiet even though we were near the elevator. Second, the not-so-good: Our room was not ready at 6 p.m. They obviously have staffing problems. They only clean the rooms on request. We did not request cleaning, but instead placed our trash basket and used towels in the hall, as instructed. Towels disappeared, trash did not until I found a place to empty it. Bathroom floor grout is very dirty, and the carpet was really filthy. It was black and grey, and clearly much lighter just next to the furniture and under the desk. I wore white socks in the room—no way I would walk on that carpet barefoot—and the soles of the socks are seriously dirty. The carpet is way overdue for a vigorous shampooing. There is a sign at the desk that they have a guest laundry, and they offer change at the desk and free laundry products. Except they only had $3.00 in quarters; each load is $5.00. We had breakfast there one day. Average quality with a somewhat high price. Would maybe stay again, if the price were right, but I’d definitely pack my slippers.
