The hotel was fairly clean and the staff was very kind, even with how busy the hotel was during our stay. My only complaint was there were no towels in our room, and I didn’t notice this until I was ready to take a shower. After calling 3 times to the front desk, with no answer, I had to go down to the lobby to retrieve towels for our stay.

Horrible. Hotel smelled bad. When requesting more towels they don’t give it to you and make you wait till the next day. Never got the towels. Bathroom was disgusting. Oh and when leaving all the clean linen was in a garbage can in the hall. Breakfast was a joke too. The lady wasn’t restocking the food and had an attitude about everything. 10/10 do not recommend this hotel even as a last resort.

The actual room was clean. The beds were comfortable. The hotel is in much need of maintenance. The up keep is horrible. There was trash and the rugs were dirty in elevator. There was no syrup for waffles and no milk for cereal. Its close to shopping, entertainment and restaurants.

They were well managed. We saw a bug on the bottom floor. But I hear that's normal. Spacious, iron, iron board, laundry service ( not included with room) all around good room.

From memory the drive Tamika described was probably about 5-9 minutes when traffic was on the heavier side of typical.
There are several casinos. It's about 4 miles to the Beau Rivage and 6 to the golden nugget. They aren't far, you just get on the highway and go a few miles and cross the bridge and casinos are right there.
