No idea what was going on at 5/8 at 9:30 this morning, but the lights were out, the doors were locked, there were workers inside walking around, and I sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes with no movement. The common thing to do would be for someone to come outside or put a sign on the drive thru window explaining that they were closed or power was out etc. Nothing of the sort. Just let a line of cars sit there literally in the darkness. Unprofessional.

Always use the drive thru here and never have to wait long no matter the length of the line. Great staff always have a smile and get your drinks right all the time. Typical Starbucks quality with exceptional service!

The staff here are boundless pleasant. The line is nuts, and the person taking the orders and giving your coffee (not the same person, I don't think) are upbeat, charming and prompt. I'm glad they can maintain a thoughtful attitude through the chaos, it matters.
