I really wish I can give 0 stars! The worst dealership on earth and I promise I’m not exaggerating. The service manager actually has no clue what his job is, none of them care about you I promise. I spent over 40 thousand on a car and when I needed maintenance they said they won’t give me a rental for one day. They made me spend over 1000 for the rental, me being desperate I told them fine I will, then they told me the rentals were out for the day. 2 days later I get my car back and as I’m driving it home the problem happens again so I take it back they charged me 4000 dollars and still said I can’t get a rental for the car. I have a toyota as well and they will literally give me a rental for anything. I told them just sell the car I never wanna deal with you guys again. We promised on a certain price then when they sent me the check for the car it was 500 dollars less because they said the value changed. They’re the rudest people they treat you like your just bothering them not like your a customer. I’ve shopped at over 10 dealerships, these people Do not care about you do not shop here your better off buying from a junkyard
